Facilities & Accessibility

  • The Expo is Bindimapped to assist navigating around the Expo. Search ‘bindimap’ from the Apple Store and download the app
  • Accessible toilets
  • Wheelchairs available for use at the Expo (refundable deposit required)
  • Stage and workshop areas
  • Auslan interpreters and live captioning at the stage and in workshops
  • Cafe & seating area

Getting There

Parking

We will have an allocated Drop Off point at the venue (Penrith Valley Regional Sports Centre). This is located in the parking area, directly in or near the front Entrance.

There is free parking at the venue and along the streets surrounding the PVRSC.

Public Transport

Nearest Public Transport: The PVRSC is conveniently located nearby to train stations Penrith, Kingswood and Werrington Station. We will have a transport shuttle providing transfers between these stations and the Expo entrance.

Saturday: Start Time: 8.30am & Finish Time: 3.30pm
 
Pick Up Points:
  • Outside the front of Penrith Station to PVRSC – Stand D 
  • Kingswood Train Station via Werrington Lakes Reserve Parking Area to PVRSC
  • Werrington Train Station via Parkes Avenue Sporting Complex via Werrington Lakes Reserve Parking Area to PVRSC 
Operation: Continuous Loop between allocated area.

Safety at the Expo

COVID safe plan and practices are in place for the event with the COVID-19 situation being monitored continuouosly and risk management responses and COVID safe plans adjusted accordingly.

If you have symptoms conducive with COVID-19 (e.g. fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat or headache), you must not enter the Expo.
